Sometimes I don't have a clue. Today I have what I think is a huge drop in both weight and body fat. It's why I depend on trends and don't become alarmed by day to day fluctuations. Yesterday was a lift day and I got in an more intense resistance workout than usual. Came home, had dinner and then we started mixing Eggnog and sampling fruitcake as we prepared for incoming family arriving today. The result was that I ate "Poorly" at 124% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF down .7%
My holiday season goal is to log everything as usual and continue normal activity including workouts...
