I see a lot of posts lately about people reflecting back on 2018 negatively... Not me. For me 2018 was an absolutely kick-ass year. Not only did I embark on a weight loss journey but I succeeded by losing 27kg in just under 8 months amounting to 91% of my intended loss goal. I have also experienced a lot of emotional and professional development which can be attributed to the weight loss. Sure I couldn't do it without the help of a wonderful nutritionist but I did it. So basically what I want to say is that just because you didn't achieve what you wanted to achieve doesn't mean that you didn't achieve at all and that there is nothing wrong with asking for help when you get stuck in a rutt. I have come to really appreciate the fat secret community as you all have been a major source of support in my life. So on that note let's stay disciplined and motivated during this festive season and enter the new year with a bang.
151.9 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
