I give up on losing or maintaining this month. I have allergies or a cold or whatever. I’ve been so very hungry for weeks now. Even when I eat really healthy low calorie food like home made chicken noodle soup I still go over my calories or am hungry. As long as I stay under 130 I’m happy ;). 120 would be ideal, 125 would be great but 130 is perfectly fine. Once I build muscle this summer I’ll jump up on the scale anyway 😉.

My middle is 10 today! That means cookies, in town food and all that. She already asked if I was dieting today or would share in her birthday. That’s her nice way of telling me not to diet today lol. Works for me! She chose Chik fil a so at least it’s kind of healthy. It’ll make up for the cookie(s) and ice cream lol.

Also, do you know how hard it is to plank, do pushups or any other activity with a stuffed up head and a drippy nose?? But I did do 20 push-ups the other day. I’m weak, sore and tired today so I doubt I could do 5 comfortably. We will see if I can attempt it later.

Happy Tuesday all!

You are still doing really well considering you're sick and have all the birthdays! Happy birthday Middle! :) Hope you have a good day celebrating. You already have a plan for down the line which I am sure helps when you have other things going on.

She says thanks :). Yes having a plan helps. If I can stick to it later lol. Each kiddo has a friend party and a dinner and dessert with us. Sometimes a big dinner with all the extended family. Hubby is Nov, my oldest is Jan and my middle and I are December! The youngest is the odd man out in July. When you start counting hubbys family, most years we go eat with them, you add in birthdays: an Aug, two in May, a March, an April, two in January, an oct and a July. 😳 Some months are super hard lol. I just do my best not to eat before we go and hope they pick somewhere that I can guess on calories.
