My body seems to like this weight so I'm trying not to stress about it too much. Did 5 half hour workouts last week, but only two this week and still going for a short daily walk. Would be nice to lose another half kilo before Christmas, but the silly season is almost here so social gatherings are unavoidable. Hope there'll be some more time for exercise in Dec though - have enjoyed the dumbbell and leg workouts again - feeling less tired afterwards.
138.9 lb Lost so far: 50.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
