Good news...scales stuck to yesterday’s reading...getting back on track yesterday I’m sure that was the benefit of it all..plus I rode..inside and did a hill program..even though I hadn’t planned on it...

Today’s plan..more of the same..zwift after while...be riding in London today...flatter roads...don’t get me wrong..yes there are hill courses..but I won’t be riding them today..just want to get mileage in for the week..after a lot of thinking..decided to try and hit 4000 miles next year...instead of 5000... less pressure to have to ride more miles to average it all out...might even drop it again...this year should get close to 2600 or so...and that’s just Averaging 60 miles per week...I struggle daily now from my fall..in April...shoulder is well..not like it was before my accident..but able to do a lot..but my legs just aren’t the same...just not able to get around like I once did..on the bike..no problem..off the bike..different story...I’m sure there’s a pill...that would help...but I’m not gonna get stuck on that for time being...had thought about cortisone shots..but not sure that is way to go either...take it day by day...some good days...some not so good..that’s why I try an ride as much as I can..hoping to strengthen them up enough that one day all of this will just be a memory...

Well..need to change...get in the riding mood...get my endorphins running wild...lol

Have a great Saturday...

You have come a very long way since your bike accident. I agree not to put pressure on yourself. You are doing great!
