Yay! Back in the ‘20s!!! Just 5 more lbs and 3 more weeks to go.
129.8 lb Lost so far: 45.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

on low carb you should do just fine. just having the right macro's for you makes everything go so much more smoothly, even more calories!
