Hmmm going against the norm. Maybe I burned more calories playing basketball with the girls than I thought! Was just goofing around but I did get my heart rate up and had to give up after about half an hour of half court. Makes one feel old when they can’t keep up with a 12 yo and two 9-10 yo kids lol.
126.4 lb Lost so far: 34.2 lb.    Still to go: 1.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
