Another day...good Sunday morning..another day of cold air...waking up to being alittle sore in shoulder this morning...but got that 55 inch flat screen set up by myself...was suppose to have help..but that didn’t happen..so...I did it myself...

Plan to ride today on zwift...maiden voyage for tv...lol..

Broke my fast at 46 hours yesterday..had a salad..and then back into fasting stage again...guess body was ok with it...got results with it..

Today is prep day...but still gonna try and fast as much as I can...seeing the numbers on the scale...and keeping track of the other numbers it’s providing is motivational...

Well blood pressure time...then morning tea time...and then..might get dressed to ride...get it over with so that when I do eat..body is burning away...

Doing low carb..I put the protein powder away...see better results by not using it...like everything..it’s what ever results your looking for...for me...right now...meat is doing a great job...
