😳Still no idea about these bigger losses. What I do know is that the scale will be up tomorrow. Nachos at the game tonight which may put me over calories AND the sodium will make me retain water. All good. No stress. Don’t care what the scale does today or why 😉
126.8 lb Lost so far: 33.8 lb.    Still to go: 1.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great attitude. The scale is just a teeny part of your whole life. You can balance it all out.

Thanks! They didn’t serve nachos. I’m more ticked about that than the scale lol. Kids insisted on sonic so will probably still have a gain. That’s okay. I’m so hungry now that I can’t sleep at almost 1am so I may break down and grab a protein bar. 190 kcal that is not need but that and 16g of protein is better than some other choices (ramen, candy bar, chips, yeah can you tell I have the munchies?) 🤪
