😳😳😳😳🤷‍♀️😍😍😍😍 Pretty sure this will go back up tomorrow. Or maybe not. Would be super awesome to really be at 127! My Thanksgiving goal of 125 might be a reality if this keeps up. Only cut 1000 kcal from my diet this week and haven’t been active much. I mostly cut about 20g of protein per day as I’m getting sick of so much meat and would rather not use up all my shakes/bars as it seems that the stores aren’t carrying my shakes now either! Only 12ish left 😭. I’ll go back to adding it in coffee and having coffee throughout the day. I’ve had less water this week than the last few weeks but more than I had a few months ago. I doubt it’d muscle loss but it could be dehydration.

I have a cold. Damn cold, it sucks lol. Perhaps that’s part of it. My body may be using more energy than normal to fight it off and keep a sinus infection at bay. Honestly by now I should have a sinus infection but I’m not following the normal pattern and I’ve had this cold for a week or more. And allergies most days before that. I’m also urinating a lot more volume wise. I’m. It a believer in the ‘whoosh’ persay but I do believe the fat cells shrink. (I think they stay there though to hold more water and fat later on) I don’t plan on over analyzing this right now as it’s time for lunch, the kids have a snow day and we plan to watch a movie :). I’ll think more on it later 🤔. Happy Monday all!

That’s what I plan for tomorrow’s dinner 😉. Kids want leftovers now and they never ask for leftovers so I’m going withbit lol. Hamburgers tonight. That’s as far as I’ve gotten on my meal plans cause we have games/practices every night this week and hubby leaves in the morning and no clue when he will be home Thursday evening. We may just have ramen haha. Kids love it and will need fast and easy or crockpot meals so I can come home and just serve it to get them in bed on time. Already told them each game we will have a concession stand snack but no fast food dinner. I can handle a 400 kcal snack of nachos but not a full 1000 burger meal since I still want 125 in about 10 days (2.2# in 10 days 😳). I also get hungrier when I’m on the road so it’s best to have that one snack and bring jerky or something to tide me over 😁. They can wait for dinner as we’ve been eating late for weeks.

Oh Peep, hope you feel better soon and this is the tail end of your allergies/cold! Let us know what movie you watch. Enjoy your snow day. ❄

I rented Peter Rabbit from redbox. It is a movie I think we will all like with the excepting of hubby. He should be working so he won’t watch anyway. And thank you! It’s snowing so the cold won’t be over yet. Kids insist on going out and I have to be with the 4 yr old as the 9&12 year olds don’t really watch her. Anytime I go out in rain or cold my allergies or cold gets worse. I’m finding hot coffee helps! It keeps everything loosened up and I’ve been able to keep it from setting in my chest so far. Oklahoma wind keeps things stirred up as well. I’m allergic to cedar for sure and I think that’s what’s making me sneeze which also helps keep everything flowing. I can breathe. My coughing isn’t as bad. I enjoy sneezing lol. The headache is tolerable and the lack of appetite is helping my weight loss efforts lol. Life is good even with the cold hehe. Hope all is well with everyone!
