Goood Monday morning....didn’t ride yesterday...played lazy...today’s a new day...weight was just nearly up..gonna try and weigh in everyday on here since scales link to my fitness pal...and tell the story...

Innsbruck course today on zwift..plan to ride...want to keep active on trainer...to dang cold outside to go out lest you gotta...I’m hibernating this year much as I can...Walmart tomorrow...another short list...save the money...still looking at flat panels to replace mine...why didn’t it quit when it was warm outside...

Have been doing a short kettlebell routine at night just before bedtime...one short workout before laying down an covering up ..

Welp..gonna check blood pressure..then head to kitchen..have my green tea..and scrambled eggs..get day started..

10.1 miles ..48:23 min...323 on calories..472 on elevation...I miss my flat screen...iPad doesn’t compare..lol

LOL! That is true!!! We're still kickin'! I am trying hard to pare down our Walmart trips but seems like we wind up making more.

I have a pad of paper by my recliner....as I think of stuff I make a list...as it gets closer to.. day we are going...list gets revised...
