Nikeit - I so love that book: In many of the more relaxed civilizations on the Outer Eastern Rim of the Galaxy, the Hitch-Hiker’s Guide has already supplanted the great Encyclopaedia Galactica as the standard repository of all knowledge and wisdom, for though it has many omissions and contains much that is apocryphal, or at least wildly inaccurate, it scores over the older, more pedestrian work in two important respects. First, it is slightly cheaper; and secondly it has the words DON’T PANIC inscribed in large friendly letters on its cover. But the story of this terrible, stupid Thursday, the story of its extraordinary consequences, and the story of how these consequences are inextricably intertwined with this remarkable book begins very simply. It begins with a house.

Haha, making note to read hgttg! Thank you everyone, i am pretty displeased with myself this am. But i "scale hop" most days so i knew it was coming.

Or go get the TV show from the library...or watch it online if you can - very campy in that way only the Brits can do it! And at least you posted your results - I also know what my scale says but I am just not posting it until I get back on track - WTG girl!

Seeing YOU gain weight actually makes me feel less shitty about myself 😂😂😂 I’m up 7 pounds from my low in August - which was one pound from my goal. I felt like everyone was doing great on FS while I’m failing miserably!
