thanks for the encouragement Digraves, I am not overly concerned about it, I spoiled myself yesterday and went out to dinner. I love dairy but it does not love me, but the parmesan crusted chicken was a nice break. Had my favorite blue cheese dressing too! Drink a lot of water today and flush it out!
