I am in a slump. I haven't been to the gym because I'm busy working on the house getting ready for the holidays. I have been snacking on chocolate late at night too, resulting in my eating over goal. This morning I look bloated in the mirror and my body looks soft. It's not a good look and I need to work on it. I ate "Poorly" again at 124% of goal, I met my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF up .1%
156.5 lb Lost so far: 28.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Major muscles are not necessary anyway. Life is more important than personal goals. Just don’t make it a habit to eat so much chocolate late at night.

Hi John! How clever you are able to work on your house! How are you going with improvements/reno? That must be very satisfying. That takes real skill and cleverness!. I think XMAS is a very tricky time to do anything with our weight. All that food!. You sound really organised to get it all happening with plenty of time to enjoy it. Good luck with it all!

Thanks Cathcalu77, Last year we did a major re-trimming and repainting of the halls, living and dining rooms. This year we removed wall paper from the guest bathroom, repainted and reinstalled the cabinets. We did nothing major, no knocking down walls and remodeling. Still it takes time. I'm not getting any younger and we are trying to get a few things done while I am still able. If I was a bit more organized, we would be finished by now. @ Adefwebserver, I must-get-to-the-gym, I must-get-to-the-gym, I must-get-to-the-gym...LOL
