It amazes me that weight can fluctuate so much! Sunday I weighed over 143 n today is 139.2. Yesterday I ate almost 1000 calories n over 76 grams of protien, which for me is alot! Today is my tabata day at gym so I got my carbs in at breakfast for extra fuel. Have a great day everyone!
