Weight is standing still, but I'm just glad it's not a gain. Motivation to work out is lacking and I keep finding excuses, bit so far hubby and I have walked to the shops and back all, but one, days this week and I weighed my backpack the other day and it was 8kg so feel like that hopefully counts for something.
138.7 lb Lost so far: 50.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Download the workout for women app, there are some nice intense workouts on there and they only average 15 minutes, I’ve been doing the morning stretches, HIIT 10, legs and night stretches and I’ve lost 600 grams in 5 days I’ve also been confusing my metabolism by alternating my carb intake having one day of medium to high carbs and the next day I do low carbs.

Thanks for the suggestion Caityes, but I prefer strength training - HASfit and Jessica Smith on You Tube. I also have a treadmill collecting dust so just need to get back into it now that summer's here.
