So morning started off with a call from the Spine Dr's office letting me know that Cigna hasn't approved the MRI's that were scheduled for today.

GRRR... BP 100/66 WOW! How'd I get such a great reading at 8:30 in the morning, when I went for my Emergency Room follow up at my Primary Care Dr's office?

So rescheduled for Tuesday, and on with my day. At least lunch from CHOP SHOP is being paid for by my job. Just wish they provided Nutrition information for their dishes. Oh well, Happy Friday y'all.
256.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 91.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
