let's play a game, tell me one thing that you want to gain from your weight loss journey and one thing you have already accomplished! I'll start. I can not wait to reach my goal so I can wear a two piece bathing suit again. I am already proud of myself for reaching a size 18 from a size 36. cant wait to hear what you guys have to say. remember this is positive
304.7 lb Lost so far: 132.3 lb.    Still to go: 54.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

wohooooo!!! that ia awesome. i wanted to wear a tankini on my cruise to mexico and i did!!! ive lost 10 pounds and was surpise the bottom of the suit was a little loose. But i looked pretty good in the suit! i would love to be to fit into a size 14 one of these days. I happy with the journey so far and im happy with the little strides i make every day. Thanks for starting this game. Made me happy to tell someone my tankini goal. You Rock!!😃💜

Want to gain: One of the best gifts my wife has ever given me is a winter white double breasted sport coat. I quickly out grew it, but have always kept it. I would love to wear it for a wedding anniversary surprise. Already accomplished: now able to wear XL mens shirts & sweaters instead of XXL, which were snug in me.

@To145—I LOVE your rationale!! You’ll show her!! You are doing great so far!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 As for me, I wanted to fit in the bikini for my Caribbean 50th birthday trip...which is next week already... I didn’t have as much progress as I’d hoped but it has become more of changing the way I eat for longevity. I’ll still wear the 👙🤗

I would just love to get fit and healthy and stay that way for the rest of my life. I have already lost over 100 lbs and have come so far in almost 3 years.

I want to be able to run again. Not sure if I can do it as I am getting older. But I definitely need to be lighter before I give it a go. I have not accomplished that much yet. But I started. That was a long overdue

I want to be able to go to the beach and wear a one piece nicely and just to get out of the obesity and overweight range and to be healthy.

Just want to be in the shape I never was. I want to have hot pictures from vacations. I want to be a very fir girl while I am in good age. Just need to try to be there.

right now I am at the top of my healthy BMI range for my age & height I want to be more in the mid to low range, and I want my "numbers" to be excellent. I most of all want to motivate my son (by example) whom has gained weight since he started working and bought a car. He used to skateboard everywhere, He is 31 and I want to see that now he has a great job that he can also focus on his health.

I have been doing this since September ( mid) and really feel as though I am developing healthy eating habits, cut back on portions and exercising. I feel accomplished and know i have a ways to go. I want to shop for regular size clothes!

I like this! Same with the bikini. My family goes to the beach every year and all the years we've gone I swear I'll get in shape and never do. And I believe the best part of what I've accomplished so far is just how great it feels to be me. I'm happy in my own skin and its been years of not feeling that way

Loose the pain in my knees and get back to playing golf again and fit into a leather jacket I bought 20 years ago!

I already lift heavier weights at the gym than some of the men! I want to get bodyfat down to 25% which is great for my age

I am a cancer survivor and have a large scar across my lower abdomen from hip to hip. I would love for my stomach to not hang over the scar!

I want to feel as good as I did when I was 170 - able to do things like run, walk bend over and do stairs. I have already since September lost weight according to my pound a week plan and have figured out the right balance for me on fat, carb and protein along with calories!
