So down 9 lbs from beginning of October to the end. That just leaves 11 to get back to my original goal. Can I do it before Turkey Day? Yes I can! Here's my Ursula costume from yesterday. Not my best effort since it was store bought, but still I think I did pretty good on the make-up.
256.5 lb Lost so far: 40.5 lb.    Still to go: 91.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
