Another yippee day....Monday again..walmart day...

Decided to ride after lunch in zwift...be a nyc course...and some hills...o boy....

Getting ready for breakfast...then lunch...then back into fasting...thinking Wednesday will e extended fast day...that seems to help break up the routine...

Enjoy the day....keep calm...keto on...

I must admit. The New York course is not my favorite on Zwift. But still love Zwift overall. And always feel happy after a ride.

I’m still too afraid to get on a bike again. A recumbent I can deal with. LOL I won’t end up with my fanny black and blue. LOL 😆 And Mike, I think your weight likes whatever you’re doing! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I'd rather ride nyc then innsbruck caper... but....being able to zwift...is better then layering up..and going outside...
