Going to try out spiking in my diet. Using Kingkeld's version ... 6 days around 1900 - 2000 cal/day ... bumped up to 3150 one day a week(happens to be today!)

Belly is 35" around ... shame, really. Had it down to 34" and 152 not three months ago ... really a strong lesson in how quickly, if one is not aware, it all comes back with a vengeance... and way, way, way quicker than it took to lose the weight. Twice as hard to lose 10 pounds as it is to put them back on.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
