My son had a cookie dough fundraiser, so now we have a few boxes of Otis Spunkmeyer cookies in our freezer. I have eaten a few. Instead of eating 8 or more in one sitting like I used to, I have one or two a day and work them into my calories for the day. I must say I am proud of myself because cookies are my weakness. Also, my water weight is finally starting to come off from TOM. So extra yay! 😊
153.8 lb Lost so far: 106.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are still doing amazingly well! I find you so inspiring. I will say I am grateful that I am gluten intolerant. Some people see it as a problem. It was difficult at first, 10 yrs ago, just to find decent foods to eat. But now I see it as a blessing! I am not tempted by cookies (there are GF ones out there, but not worth the calories) nor by pizza (which WAS my fave food, but the only one worth having that is GF is a gourmet restaurant in Phoenix AZ, was too far to go!) So, look at how many calories that saves me! Question: why doesn't the WFPB diet appear in the diet listings? I wanted to add my name but do not find it. I am on the WW list, since I do still weigh in there once a month, given that 6 or 7 years ago, after going off & on for 30 years, I said I would never quit again, so I dont. And it I am told that I am an inspiration to others there, so maybe I go for them, but I do not use their diet as this works much better for me. I dont count points, I eat what I want, long as it is WFPB & not after 5pm! Keep up the good work!

I have mine set to plant based on the website. Go under diets on the website and search plant based on the search bar and it should pop up!
