Considering my week, i will take staying the same as a win. It was a sucky week! I am one pound away from "just overweight." Looking at how far i have come so far. Time to get serious! #enoughisenough!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 66.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes no gain is a BIG win JF!! All good you are doing awesome!! Love the T shirts BTW...especially "Suck it up buttercup", I say that all the time to myself, along with "Shut up legs"...don't know if it helps performance, but it makes me feel better.

Haha, well i know adef is gonna comment, so i am really smiling for him! Also i have gotten better with the selfie stick. It was a few months before i got up the nerve to take pix, so i was about 15# heavier to start. @lynnmriley68, i DO feel TONS better.
