I will post next week's caloric trajectory for transition into maintenance cals later today. And, yes for those that don't know - it is completely normal to continue losing for a bit when using the reverse diet approach. My average caloric intake at this point is approximately 1491 cals per day. I ended the deficit at 1387.
143.8 lb Lost so far: 66.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
