Hmm probably that nasty greasy burger from last night. Ugh still feel icky from it. Odd that sometimes I feel fine and others it doesn’t seem to settle well and makes me feel heavy and just blah.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yeah, happens to me too, sometimes. I probably should make note of when, but I don't. Maybe what time of day matters? Having ground beef right now for breakfast. Hope it doesn't overstay it's welcome. Hope you have a peaceful day. Massage today?

For me it’s mainly fast food. Chicken, beef, breaded or not, doesn’t seem to matter. It’s worse at night. Breakfast doesn’t bother me much. Yes I had a massage :). Just got home. Seems I need to hold my weights and let them pull my shoulders down and stretch the muscles instead of just lifting them lol. Had tons of knots around my shoulder blades and on up through my neck. Scalp was even tight and she said she could tell I’ve been having headaches. Sinuses are clear now lol. Will probably take a nap because I haven’t been this relaxed in ages!
