So far my "experiment" for October is going along rather nicely. It's a bit early to get so excited but I think I may have found (finally) the right way of eating/types and combos of food. Again, I might be getting excited prematurely but I am feeling like this could be it, for once and for ever, to get to my ideal weight and keep this crap off. I am already down after less than a week since tweaking my diet and nearly ALL of my joint pain and stiffness are completely gone and I'm sleeping better (save for all those trips to the bathroom during the night to pee; detox is a bitch). Today is also 23 days w/o alcohol, 19 days w/o chocolate and 11 days w/o sugar. I don't even miss these things.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week

way to go, not being in pain is a huge plus and those things add up over time to jumpstart your metabolism.
