I think it was just water retention Chris as I said when I posted it I really was not worried about it. While I over ate a few days it was not enough for 1 1/2 pound gain. playing with foods and macro's can definitely confuse things.I tried sardines this morning also high in calcium or at least the brand I got. then I remembered I had fish on my allergy list. salmon and tuna are okay. got nervous but it seemed to be fine.
