I have been sick since i got home a week and a half ago. Evidently this cold was 3 days coming, 3 days here and 3 days going. Rm has been sick too, and let's just say i am wanting some time alone. I have been single most of my life, and there is such a thing as too much togetherness. haven't been tracking my atrocious diet, which has mostly been Nyquil-based, with tortilla chips for extra vitamins. I really want to get back on track, but i am scared it is going to be tough and demoralizing. I am only a little more than halfway to goal, i do not want to backslide. I feel like i could wake up tomorrow and be 250#. I need to get it together!
