I think my brain it so f*ing excited to be eating some carbs that it’s got my body at gun point “lose weight! Or someone’s gonna get it!” 😂😂😂😂
152.6 lb Lost so far: 56.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Jesus I just checked you're chart you are doing bloody amazing I'm so jealous lol. You've gone from 180lb in August to 152lb now .. please don't get too hard on yourself thats a fricking amazing job. Really I'm off to print out your menus lol. Keep it up, but don't stress you're doing an amazingly great job!

No Brandrai I was 174 In the beginning of August. But August was weird. I gained almost 10 pounds on vacay and then re lost it. July 25th I was 165 and was 165 again August 14th. I am doing good But not that good!!! Intermittent Fasting is so benificial.

Rosio carbs are the devil 😈 LOL! Now that I have lost over 50#s and healed so many of my problems by losing the weight, fasting, and eating much healthier in general I am Healthy(er). Me avoiding carbs is more about self control. I am still very limited in my carbs though. Only about 30% as most ppl.

My macro goal is 33% carbs, not that I really care about it. It irrelevant for weight loss or maintenance

3lbs is not bad! Rosio 👏👏 I gained 8.8 in 12 day but lost 10 in 7 days when I went back to keto. Not everyone is so lucky though 😕
