For the last 6 weeks I have been totally off my focus when it comes to exercising. Well, I'm back. I have found that when I put the effort into exercising, I eat better. I will be following a 6 weeek walking routine with the hopes it will help to get me back on track.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
