Little still counts...good Monday morning...almost 630 am...just finished breakfast..and green tea...stopped having protein in my green tea..yes it tastes better...but has sugar in it...sugar is sugar..any way you look at it...

Doing the 21 hour fast is getting so easy...already thinking of going longer..once I no longer have to go to therapy...have therapy today...and have noticed that my inflammation is so much less if any...seeing a lot of different nsv results...

Did do a zwift ride yesterday after being 4 hours into a 21 hour fast..I noticed it drained me faster..then when I ride towards the end of a long fast...

Time to get up..set up salad for later...get ready to head back into fasting mode again...no longer swinging on the cabinet doors..not that there is any cheat food in house..all of that kind of food has long since been given to someone that still eats it...

Might do a zwift ride later..not sure yet..depends on the mood..lol...
