The raise I expected yesterday happened today. BF scale shows 132.2- usually 0.4-0.6 lower than mine. Based on its measurements I must’ve been dehydrated yesterday morning. My BF went down a % and SM up a % from yesterday. Or today’s gain could be water weight. Whatever, it’s all good. Just happy it’s staying below 134!
