NO MORE Chinese food. Went out with the hubby and grandson and I ate only proteins and mushrooms then two handfuls of popcorn. Oh how I'm suffering today. I'm swollen and crampy and 1 almost 2 lbs up. This ends today. 😱
222.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
