Okay, it’s sticking around, so let’s log it and be done with it. Yes, I’m annoyed, but will look towards a full body scan at the end of the month since I know I’ve been good overall - and my clothes are falling off. I’m into the 8’s these days, so that’s down four whole sizes no matter what the scale says. A week of company starts Thursday, followed by a wedding the next Saturday. Got to stay focused and keep moving to stay on track. Put my ten pound weights by my desk to start rebuilding my biceps, which, ironically, don’t get bigger with swimming. That’s triceps and lats for me.
154.5 lb Lost so far: 20.5 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
