Low blood pressure...good Monday morning...over Last week or two have been trying to figure out why all of a sudden blood pressure is running lower..this morning... 136/69... 136 is about normal...was at 119 last night about five pm...was eating sugar to keep from feeling so light headed...not that I keep a lot of sugar in house..but did eat some sweet tutors thinking potassium may of been low....I know...visit a doc...

Want to do a zwift ride...but therapy this afternoon...be glad when it’s over...dread going more each visit cause I know it’s about over...been worth it to get the movement back..but missed my summer...least it’s been cut to Monday and Thursday..

Not much else to jot down...green tea is gone...

AFTER you visit a doctor, you may want to start eating small meals and snacks thru out the day. Ask your doctor.

Are you eating low carb/Keto? Electrolytes very important.

It is normal for blood pressure to fluctuate through the day and 119 although not 136 like you’re used to is a normal good blood pressure. You may have been light headed from a drop in blood sugar but check it out over the next few days and if you’re still feeling light headed and your pressure is dropping see your doctor.

Anytime I ride I use electolytes...yes..low carb
