You ever plan your day ahead while getting ready to fall asleep..Good Friday morning...well my plan had been to get up and do a morning zwift ride...but after my morning number 2... decided not today....well not right now.. might get on after breakfast and get some miles in...would like to get my natural high for my morning..

Went outside yesterday and got some sun as I trimmed holly tree...got tired of ends of branches rubbing against me when I cut grass ....then came in and listened to some more of ken d berry on you tube...better then watching reruns on you tube...and not learning anything...

Therapy at 1 today...then when I get home..might cut grass once again..it’s been 3days since it was last cut..usually it starts slowing down..but not yet this year..

Well...green tea tasted good with protein mix in it...guess IL go and make breakfast...get this day moving...things to do..steps to count..hit over 8000 yesterday..a high for me..guess some of that was from being outside..and trip to walmart...

Well..gotta go...gotta go go go

Another good place to walk besides Walmart is Lowe's Hardware. Good stuff and gadgets, no food.
