Well how d'ya like that??? Lost another 1 1/2 lbs, even after bingeing on a little frozen yogurt yesterday, woo hoo! Also, I couldn't resist, I checked my waistline & found it was down a full inch, double woo hoo!!! This 7-day abs challenge really seems to be helping. Three more days to go, and here's hoping the weekend doesn't screw everything up! Stick to the plan, girl!
149.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
