Okay, this isn't a weight loss. I just wanted to set a new upper limit of 136lb for maintaining, without affecting the appearance of previous weight entries, so I had to do 'restart my diet' and enter 136 as my weight although it wasn't really, and now I'm entering my real weight, same as I entered a few days ago, which is 133.7lb. Probably sounds double Dutch to anyone else who reads this, but I know what I mean 😉 (I think!)

133.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 1.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
