Goood Wednesday morning...just waking up..well was up at 2am...and again at 4am..but was just to tired to get up and moving this morning..after my therapy yesterday..called the barber...and rode my bike over to his place..only 2 miles..but could tell I wasn’t comfortable riding outside...might take some getting use to again...

I was reading an article on bicycle.com about mark..founder of face book...he no longer rides outside either because he was clipped in and fell over..at a stop sign...had some damage..now rides inside...makes me think more an more...I don’t have clip ins...but still falling over isn’t an option anymore...

Meditated already..in between 2 and 4 am..feel so good after I give myself time to do that..

58 here this morning..days are cooling down...mornings are as well...having to put sweats on to keep the knees warm so they don’t stiffen up on me...

Well...tea is almost gone..hopefully ride on zwift later...just get a few miles in...

Mike, I was thinking about you after cleaning up my garage and noticed my bike hanging on the wall. I think I will pump-up the tires and be ready to roll if the urge comes. I only ride outside and I’m almost too aware of what can happen. Currently I’m walking most days .... and as I cross the street, it’s not unusual to see a driver texting as they are braking. Personally if it’s illegal to drink & drive, it should be just as illegal to text & drive. Both are incredibly stupid (my opinion) and should be treated with the same weight of the law. The best I can figure out .... being killed by a texter, makes you just as dead as being run over by a drunk driver.
