Just enjoyed a zwift ride..goood Monday morning...7.1 mile..28 min...on a 17 hour fasting...had to quit...and get off bike to get a gel out of closet..could feel lack of sugar in system..was feeling light headed..hated to quit..but decided..7 Miles was a great way to start the day...

Wow..what a rush...today..doctors visit at 1 pm..just a check up to see how I’m doing..kinda want to go..kinda dont care..car ride wears me out any more..45 min one way..not a lot of miles for some..for me too many...

Been meditating each day..sometimes several times if I get bored with tv..and that is happening more and more..

Tuesday and Wednesday are back to back therapy days...so be extra tired them days...but makes for good sleeping..

Well..guess it’s time to have breakfast..set up a couple of salads..will be eating out after doctors appointment..so I’m sure that will affect weight..but finding out that body returns to keto and burning calories faster once I got off as many carbs as I could..

As I sit here typing ..well pecking out journal on iPad..tummy is rumbling..guess it’s trying to talk to me..lol..

Gotta go and change outta riding clothes and get breakfast in me...so it can burn off as fast as I digest it...

That is awesome that the ride was exhilarating this morning. I don't get that walking on the elliptical. LOL! Hope your doctor's visit is the last one?

I've started adding cinnamon to my meals as I read it helps the metabolism....

Just got home from dr apt...still have 1 month of therapy left..he gave me the green light to ride outside...but my friend mike doesn't act thrilled for me....kinda bummed about it..

I wouldn't ride outside in the dark, Mike. My only thoughts about that. If you can ride indoors, you should be able to ride outdoors.
