Not a real drop as yesterday I had a false gain.

Higher sodium day yesterday. Moderate amount of food/calories. No BM so basically this should have stayed the same or risen a bit not dropped.

Note to self:your body likes screwing with you. Don’t try to figure it out. Just go have a snack instead ;).
134.6 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Never mind lol. Worked out on Wednesday I think it was. So this is my normal Friday drop and yesterday was my normal Thursday high for the week ;).
