I’m wondering if my scale is broken! Ate more than usual yesterday as I was starving! Gave in with a tiny keto snack in my IF window and still saw a loss. Prepping for my work trip in a few days to Portland! Super stoked 😎
234.8 lb Lost so far: 65.2 lb.    Still to go: 54.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
