first time on laptop in like forever..with right shoulder messed up usually use ipad..goood tuesday morning..alarm went off at 430am...but after yesterdays therapy...just wasnt in mood to get up an go..they increased my therapy time..increased to more reps..so needless to say...didnt even have to make the bed this morning..covers never moved..slept great last night..decided since im so tired..gonna put off my zwift ride till later today...give my body more time to rest...

another hot humid day today..heat index advisory until tonight at 7pm...then rain tonight an again tomow...so might be cutting grass again today..depending on how it looks later..but want to zwift before i cut grass...lol...feeling more like moving more...and really focused on what im eating...house is almost free from the food i bout last week..when i was gonna eat more carbs..each time someone comes over..i have all the dry food sitting on kitchen table..an frozen in freezer ..its slowly leaving my house to be eaten somewhere else...fridge is back to low carb...

decided to get on laptop today..had to update alot of stuff..but guess thats a good thing..had to zoom the page bigger then the last time i used it..but nice to type instead of pecking ....lol

well...got other stuff to download an update..

have a greattttttttttttttttttt tuesday...gotta go go go...

Nice to hear Mike. I was up at 4:30 too, catching up on some paperwork and hoping to get a quick ride in this morning...but weather not cooperating, steady drizzle :(

No zwift today..body needed rest...hate when mind wants to ride and body wont co operate...but it happens..hopefully tomorrow zwift will be in my future...along with Wednesday therapy
