Fasting a.m, BS = 140 (skipped Januvia last night) weight 175.7. Fitbit steps last night 10,119.
Don't know how to assess exercise today: I carried boxes of books to help move a genealogy library to another place. I didn't carry the heavy boxes, just the light ones. Do I consider that weight lifting exercise? :-)
And then shopping? How does that count? Lots of steps, 4586 by 4:30 but now my Fitbit wants recharging!
Some exercise just doesn't fit the parameters, but obviously was more than just sitting watching TV or working at the computer. Came home at last and glucose was 123, with lunch actually at 3:00 p.m. Guess I'll measure by that today. I didn't get hungry, I didn't get hypoglycemia, and I still felt energetic! Something good is going on!
Went out to the orchard, pears are getting ripe and finally figs are developing, but small and green still. Found an onion I missed in the garden earlier. It was sprouting, so I had green tops to put in the tuna salad along with the banana peppers,diced onion, and boiled egg. Husband drove out in the orchard to get me to drive down in the pasture and check the cows with him. We found one had a new baby born today. Cute little black one, but Mama warned us not to get too close. It was a good day today!
1488 cals. 76/9/15 macros net carbs 8.63 Total Fitbit steps:5149 + whatever I stepped while it was recharging.
175.7 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 30.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
