Have not lost or gained really. Stayed the same. I tried going lower calories for almost 2 weeks but it is kind of messing with my head so I am questioning if it is a good idea or not.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.0 lb a week

Don’t do a drastic drop on calories but just a little like from 1200 to 1100 or something
