Ok, I think this is a solid loss, not a yo. I have been keeping all of my meats white this week. Not sure why but a lot of fish and chicken with some healthy or not so healthy fats. I guess it is a 'Beef Break'.

I have friends who wont try this diet because they don't eat beef or pork. It is totally doable.

I have my MIL this morning, a nail client this afternoon, and am debating if I want to go watch the hubby at his gig tonight. I hate where he is playing. I have been obsessed with trying to perfect making sand ornaments. Maybe I will just stay home and play with sand.

nothing wrong with a change of pace, I will be trying a new protein next week. I love salmon and tuna.
