Having black coffee. Thinking I will IF today, maybe. This week will be a lot of fish, greens, and fats. A little less cardio more low impact.

It's a new week, we all are still here and we all got this!! xoxo
138.2 lb Lost so far: 19.8 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

New week; got three mile jog in this am, still stoked about 3 pound loss. Rain expected the next few day...the dreaded treadmill!!!!! Keep smiling, it make people wonder what you are up to.
