I'll be dropping the calories down for a little bit starting next week. Just until I get back down to 10% BF. Still gonna lift the same heavy weights and the intense calisthenics though. Major meals to be stacked in right before workouts for the power boost! Also cutting creatine out for a bit.

Size is less important to me than lean muscle gains 😊
140.5 lb Lost so far: 17.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Size is important....😵. As for that meal... I was eating that as my daily average just about 4-5 weeks ago. It might be easier if you just smear crisco on some bread to go along with your eggs 😝

Don't lose the creatine! It should help you gain more lean muscle in turn burning more fat..being the most studied supplement there should be tons of studies that I'm too lazy to find right now 😂

I believe it does pull water into your cells, but the benefits should outweigh the possible couple pounds of water weight. I think people only cycle off if they have to weigh in to meet strict weigh ins like boxing and shit. I'm sure someone else will comment though.. I used to get off of it from time to time and have noticed no appreciable drop in weight eating regular or low carb fur that matter. I do notice I can lift more and longer with it.

Did you bulk for a whole week? 🤣

Diablo, aren’t you supposed to bull for a week or more? From what I’ve read I thought it was like a monthly thing. Bulk and gain muscle then cut to drop some fat and repeat. If this is a daily thing it would be easier lol.

Bulks are usually to 15% which takes 3 months probably if you started at a low 10%. But he can do whatever he wants. 😉
