A.m. fasting BS: 104; Weight: 176.4 I thought I sweated that off working in the garden yesterday, but there it is up again. I have two major obstacles today, a 90th birthday party and then a wedding. I will try my best, but it will be a difficult day. I can control breakfast and lunch, but dinner will be an unknown.
Update: 1604 cals. 69/17/14 macros; net carbs 61.54. Well, I didn't do so great! I drank at least six glasses of ice tea, and two cups of keto coffee, so I drank plenty of fluids to wash out the carbs: lost count of the trips to the restroom!! Did not eat any birthday cake or wedding cake, but I did eat 7 little dinner mints before I stopped myself; besides I ate veggies and dip at the birthday party, as well as cole slaw with the barbecue at the wedding reception. I kept moving the dish of mints down the table to hide it, but fell for the sweet taste anyway! BS at 8:10 pm was 157 and I remembered then I hadn't taken any diabetes meds today, so maybe not so disastrous as I thought! I'll consider this a frivolous day and hit the WOE tomorrow. By the way, both celebrations were wonderful!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 31.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
