Well I finally did it....I HIT 100#’s! 🎉🎊🎉🎊🎉. I did it in 5 months and 9 days but by GOD I did it!!!! I am literally in tears over here. Thanks to everyone’s support and encouragement over the last 5 months, you sure made it a lot easier! Now to my first initial goal of 250#’s, it’s not that far away and I know I can do it!! Love you all!!! 😘😘😘😘
295.0 lb Lost so far: 68.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Awesome— I’m so excited for you. You ARE doing this. You are someone that others who are struggling can look to and say that If she can do it, so can I. it doesn’t matter what you are doing in life— time passes regardless. You are making wonderful use of yours.

Dawn, what kind of eating plan have you been following? In bed to lose about 70 lbs. I have to get myself motivated to start going to the gym. I’m taking time off from working to focus on my MBA Program and I quit losing after about 2 weeks of inactivity. I have time to go to the gym now. I just need to get motivated and make that sacrifice of physical discomfort and expenditure of energy. Any tips and recommendations are appreciated.
